Calves: 14.9"
Chest: 33.5"
My idol female bodybuilder Steph Park's measurements are:
Arms: 15"
Calves: 16"
Chest: 37"
Although Steph Park may look impressive, actually her body is not as cut and defined as Juliette Bergmann and Iris Kyle. Both are huge.
Juliette Bergmann. 22 years of strict training and strict diet.Because I have not done measurements before I started my weight training in August, and the increase in size till now, I am not sure what my average growth is.
Hence my goal would be to increase every part by 0.5" by the middle of 2007. I am not sure how realistic this goal is.
