Today.Monday.

Woah, the last day of the year. Turning 20 in 16 days.

My quads and hamstring are hurting like shit from the workout yesterday. It is like they are punishing me for forgeting them for so many months.

Did I mention I hate squats?

Well, I do. ALOT.

My resolution for 2008:

TO ENJOY LIFE TO THE FULLEST.

2007 has come and gone. I found my 'family' in Sayoni, people who gave me strength and courage to be who I am. I found acceptance and love, friendship and laughter, and I am thankful for them.

Today.Sunday.

I just found out that...

I have SCHOOL tomorrow from 9-12pm.

HELLO IT IS NEW YEAR EVE!

God! What is wrong with the school?!

All the stress for a damn diploma cert.

Sadness really motivates one to exercise. I found my interest back again.

And my old time friend the grilled chicken is back.

I'm trying to forget.

Today.Thursday.

I'm freaking out. Every second of the day.

I can't stop worrying; I can't stop thinking about it.

I'm so afraid I screwed things up, and now I wish I didn't say anything at all.

I'm afraid it has put things in a bad position and I could stand to lose what I used to have.

The only positive note and encouragement is from my facebook horoscope for tomorrow. Haha.

I am hoping. Hope.

Today.Sunday.

Just some pictures taken on our IM girls night out at Holland V.

Ele's pizza was kinda retarded looking- crust full of vegetable. Like.. eeww.

And my pizza. Which was freakin huge. Thin crust.

Today.Thursday.

Last night- went out with the IMers and Clar Trudi. Dinner at Holland V.

A rather retarded experience, with us looking high and low for Spizza, only to find that they changed the restaurant place to La Mooma. Or was it La Noona?

Did I mention that the pizza was huge? Thin crust, exotic names for common pizzas. I ordered this super exotic sounding pizza, which actually turned out to be Hawaiian Pizza.

Chey.

The ambience was great, and it was not crowded even on a public holiday eve night.

Later on we went to Cold Storage on got this bottle of wine and a stack of plastic wine cups. We brought it to Cold Rock, the ice cream place, and had our wine there.

Which was pretty cheapo. Haha. Moreover the table next to us at Spizza/La Noona/La Mooma (2 hot caucasian ladies, and 1 indian lady) ordered a bottle of wine. They were prolly laughing at us.

Met up with J.Y today at Tampines Mall. Retarded me forgot it is a public holiday today, and was shocked to see huge crowds at TM.

Today.Monday.

Been shopping for Christmas these few days. Have not started my merchandising stuff yet, and am worried. Gotta finish it up by this way so that I can enjoy my christmas break.

Dad's mom passed away two nights ago. It is funny how unaffected I am by her death. Other than the fact of knowing her as my grandmother, I hardly knew her at all. To me she was just someone I visited during CNY, and even then, she would be lying in her bed and did not recognise anyone.

Met up with Lorraine and Marilene today. Gosh, it has been months since we last met.

And its amazing how we have all changed, yet still remain the same.

Funny how the three of us were looking rather formal and dressy by coincidence. Sense of style has definitely changed over the past 3 years.

What remains the same is still the talking and gossiping, the 'bullet-train' way of talking by marilene etc.

Some things just never change.

Today.Saturday.

Finally the end of the week and the start of an unofficial holiday. Christmas is coming, and I am looking forward to spending some quality time with my family, and catch up with my childhood friends, whom I have not seen in a long while.

Just came home from Orchard, the lights and decoration are up! People singing, church choirs performing, awesome!

Was at Orchard with my mom, mainly to help her pick a whole new wardrobe and style. My mom is a real stylish person, but recent work and reno stress has made her feel less than enthusiastic about dressing up.

I picked two gorgeous dresses for her- from Tangs. At a steal, really, $89 for a dress. Well, at least to me, that price is a steal.

Mom was so exited, she even said I should be a personal shopper or a stylist. Oh please.

I have been saving up to buy something for myself too, so today I finally got the heather grey trousers from Gio Concepts, and instead of buying the pink shorts I've been eyeing, I decided to go with a top, and I bought a pink shirt.

Now all I need is a pair of shoes from Pedro and a tote bag. Lovely.

Today.Thursday.

I AM SCREWED BEYOND WORDS.

My thumbdrive can't be read- all all. And all my fyp stuff are in that farking thumbdrive!

Today.Wednesday.

How long have I not been blogging? I'm so busy with school work, and what a hectic week!

Christmas is coming, so totally not in a mood to do my final year now. I just wanna P.A.R.T.Y!

Turkey and wine.. The joy of Christmas.

This Friday is our first ever interim critique, which only means one thing.. Holy Molly. I just hope it ends on a smooth note. No cock up please, God.

Talking about Christmas, I'm kinda shocked that the end of 2007 is nearing!

Time pasts fast, and I will soon be hitting the big 2. Gosh. Next year will be interesting though, with me starting a whole new phase of my life. God forbid I end up as a sweeper or sales assistant or restaurant waitress.

To all my dear friends:

Chrystabelle won't be buying any of your presents (not that I ever bought presents for any of you) this year.

Lots of love,
Belly.

Today.Thursday.

I am pissed off with my lecturer. She has absolutely no sense of responsibility, urgency, humility and most importantly, the passion to guide the final year merchandisers.

Two words:

Fark Off. If you don't feel like teaching anymore, DON'T.

Don't waste our 3 years, don't waste our money.

It is sickening to the core when she goes missing, comes late, replies "no time for you".

Where is your basic courtesy?

Being a lecturer is not about being on top and looking down on your students. Teachers are supposed to help the growth of a student, to care for them, to be like a second parent, to go the extra mile.

What a disappointment Temasek Design has been.

P.S I really hope that one day you'll need a favour from one of us, only to find the door slammed in your face.

Today.Sunday.

I am currenlty blogging at Tampines Mart's McDonalds.

Just to update..

Have moved into my new house at Tampines. Finally a toilet of my own. Ok, it is not really MY toilet as it is also meant for visitors and for washing of clothes.

But whatever.

I hate it when strangers use my toilet. Can't they pee before coming over?

It is funny how much housework I have been doing for the past week. It is more than I have ever done for my entire life. For the first time, I hand washed my own clothes.

Obviously being retarded and spoilt, I had to ask my sister how to go about- the amount of soap (I almost typed soup) to use, the amount of water to use, how long to soak, after soaking then what's next..

I mopped for the first time in my life too.

All these things that my dad used to do, and I regret not doing.

The funny part is that i REALLY REALLY love doing household chores. Unlikely, but damn true. I may start a cleaning company in future HAHA.

Vacumming and mopping are damn therapeutic. Like, totally.

Oh, and before I moved in, I didn't have a place to stay for 3 damn days. So thanks to Jan and Esther for offering a roof over my head.

Especially Jan's mom, Aunty Janet. HERE IS A SHOUTOUT TO YOU!!! What a wonderful host.

And it was at Jan's place that I had my first dinner at the dining table, experiencing family warmth. Back at my own home, my family eats separately. So it was kinda cool to experience something else.

Jan's dad is a joker, really. Wine for everything. Wine in the goldfish bowl. Haha.

I guess this is all. I'll write more stuff when I remember things. Hopefully internet connection will be available tomorrow night. DAMN SINGNET LAH. LAH.
