Today.Tuesday.

Last week of holiday, school starting next Monday/Tuesday(?).

This whole holiday have been a well rested, well clubbed one. I spend most weekdays at home, and am only out on Saturdays.

The result of staying home and not going out is:
1) Fairer skin
2) Better complexion due to the large quantity of water I drink everyday, and a comprehensive skincare routine daily due to an excess of free time.
3) More saving. Not going out= Not spending money.
4) Finished all seasons of ANTM, and loving it.

I am excited, yet worried about FINAL YEAR MAJOR PROJECT, which starts next week.

All 3 years of study comes down to this one, final, major, super major, project. It can be the kiss of death, or the kiss of life.

The only positive thing that I got from yesterday's seniors FYP meeting by the lecturers, was that, according to Irene our merchandising lecturer, "merchandisers scores very well every year". She said that with a smirk.

There is actually logic behind this. Merchandising, after all, is not like design. Merchandisers are all the same, and really what seperates the good ones from the not so good ones, is the effort they put in for their work. Designers, however, are judged on their creative AND sewing. You can't cheat sewing; you either can, or you can't.

Today is the second hearing of 377a in Parliament. I don't understand why people are so against homosexuals.

Did you know a research was done in America in 1998, that proved that homophobic males were actually aroused by gay porn?

These people who are asking for the law to be kept have not spared a thought about us. By keeping these law, it means that any friend of theirs who is gay, is a criminal in Singapore. What has that friend, who happens to be gay, done to offend these people?

Christians are rallying for the keeping of 377a, without a single compassion that the God they served has. It opened my eyes to see how hypocritical many christians are, and why I will never, and can never, be part of an organisation that preaches hatred, bigotry, and hypocrisy.

And I will never befriend, and stop befriending, anyone whom I discover to be in support of 377a, because you are supporting a law that discriminates against the gay community.

I don't expect my friends, especially the ones I made in Bethel, to accept me for all of me. Just as long you aren't one of those who signed the online petition of keep377a.com, or goes around rallying against gay rights, or spread anti-gay messages.

Sorry for ranting. I just happen to be rather concern about my future as a gay Singaporean living in a homophobic country.

On lighter notes, this is Jan.. DRIVING!

Saturday at Play.

I love these boys :)
