Today.Monday.START OF THE 2ND LAST WEEK OF SIP HOORAY!!!
Although I enjoy working at JL, I do miss having more 'Me' time at the gym and my daily routine.
Holiday.. Sun tan, go for a swim.. a run. More boxing. More training. More shopping.
This morning's training with Rasol wasn't as tough as last Wednesday's.
Last Wednesday I almost blacked out due to exhaustion (and it was only after 20 minutes of intense cardiovascular training).
Today I survived the whole 60mins workout, including my boxing training, with occasional bouts of blackouts.
Arms sore, legs sore.. LUNGS ARE FUCKING SORE!!!
The things people do for health.. TRAINING IN THE FRINGING MORNING BEFORE WORK.
Which made me sweat excessively on the train.
Thank God I sprayed double the amount of perfume I normally apply.
Today.Sunday.Mother's Day.Went to Parkway's Swensen's to celebrate Mother's Day with mom, sis, aunt and granny. THE SERVICE SUCKS!!!
They were SOOOOO slow to serve and we had to call 4 times before the manager finally served the drinks.
They lost our order and we had to order again.
Really, really lousy service. "Mother's day so its busy" is not an excuse to be inefficient.
Anyway, i totally blew my calories intake by having the Cookies summit. Which I had to admit I had a real hard time trying to stop at the halfway mark.
So now you see it... And now its gone.
Managed to persuade mom to buy me Eternity Moment by Calvin Klein perfume. Glib tongue..
Today.Tuesday. DISGUSTING SINGAPOREAN BEHAVIOUR!!!!
Was at Singtel Telecom Centre (Somerset) foodcourt for lunch on Monday (yesterday).
To my disgust, I saw packets of tissue paper and umbrellas being used to 'CHOP' seats.
And these kinda behaviour came from WORKING ADULTS, not IGNORANT CHILDREN.
My colleague, Wan, suggested sending these pictures to STOMP. Maybe I should. He said that even in CBD area, you also get to see such kinda behaviour that summarizes Singaporean's Kiasuism attitude towards life and everything.
Anyway, my Personal Trainer is coming to my house at 6.30am for an hour of boxing.
May the Lord bless my weak heart and protect me from all harm.
